Calibrating the Touch Screen and Media Player

After the player has received the touch drivers it will need to be calibrated with the screen it will be used with. It is not recommended to calibrate a player on one screen and then connect it to another screen. Users will be provided a ZIP file with the correct calibration utility from the touch screen manufacture for the touch screen model being used. This ZIP file needs to be extracted (it is important it is extracted) to a USB thumb drive screen. To use the utility, power down the player and connect the thumb drive to any USB port on the player. Power up the player and follow the on screen instructions from the touch screen manufacture, which normally involves touching certain points on the screen. We recommend using a pen for this process to improve the touch resolution. If the utility offers a save and exit do this. Remove the thumb drive and reboot the player. When the media player plays normal content the touch system should be working.
