A "user" is any person who has access to EnGage. Each user is assigned a user role. These roles are made of up individual permissions which give the user functional access to EnGage.

For example, the "Report Viewer" role could be created to enable a specific user to log into EnGage and view reports, but not have access to anything except the reporting functionality, where as the "Content Manager" can only access functionality directly related to content and not network related settings.

A role could be considered a group of permissions that effectively define the role.

Customized roles can be added to EnGage upon request. Please contact ComQi Support for more details.
