When looking at POP reports, some troubleshooting can be done to learn more about playback issues that may be happening in the field.
1. Why did content not play at a site?
Looking at single site playback report for a specific date list the files played that day, or date range and their duration. If a file does not show up on the POP, then we can investigate further into the programming.
2. Did my file play the proper full duration or is there a problem with the way my file is playing?
Reporting gives the exact detailed duration of a file's playback. If for any reason the logs show a different duration from that of the original file detailed in EnGage content settings we can determine there is an issue. Playback issues seen in the logs can infer that there is a problem with the file specs.
