There are two steps to adding media to your screen. Start by uploading the media to OnSite. Media can be videos or images.
Click on the "Media" tab. Within the "Media" tab, there will be a number of sites and site groups to filter from. Each level in the site hierarchy including the group are separated, and media in the top of the hierarchy may not be accessible on the lower levels.
Although media within the "Media" tab cannot be accessed from different nodes, there exists a "Shared Media" folder within the "Schedule" tab. The content in this folder is available to all users in your network. You can use the content on your screen directly or within a message. Just like in EnGage folders can be created at deferent nodes if desired, to sort content.
Uploading Media
To upload media click the upload media button. Then click the desired media from your computer
Navigate and select the file to upload. Once the file is selected, it will automatically begin uploading to OnSite. The time it takes to upload the file will depend on the size of the file and speed of your (upstream) internet connection.
Once the file has finished uploading, it will appear to the new folder. The new media file can be used in messages that accept the media type or the media can be scheduled to playback using the "Schedule" tab.
Previewing content
Video content can be previewed within OnSite by clicking on the triangle play button on the video thumbnail.
