Site Selector
When working within OnSite, the actions and context of all the tabs is defined by currently selected Site, or Site Group. The Site Selector can be used to switch between the Site Groups. The dashboard, schedule, messages and media tab will change when an alternate Site Group is selected, to show the items that belong to that Site Group. Open the Site selector by clicking ion the purple box in the relevant areas.
Updating Multiple Sites
Your account may have access to create and schedule messages for more than one site. Check the site selector to see if you have access to more than one site.
There are two ways to manage multiple sites:
1) The first way is to have individual control over multiple sites. Each site's schedule still needs to be managed on a per-site basis, but you can create and schedule messages for all the sites to which you have access. Select your individual sites from the sites drop down box.

2) A second way to manage multiple sites is to create a site group. A site group can be created and scheduled for multiple sites, all at once. Scheduled messages to site groups cannot be removed by the individual sites. Only someone with access to the site group can remove the messages for the sites.
