The two media tabs support a number of different media types. This list of media types is the same as is compatible with EnGage and media players. Generally, the "Media" tab and "Media Library" tab will accept Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP), video (MP4, AVI, MOV). Although there are many more types of supported content, these are the most common formats. Please refer to the EnGage documentation for a detailed list of supported content types.
