Step 1) At the sign in page, click on the “Forgot Password” link.
Step 2) Enter your user name and email address, then press the Submit button.
Step 3) You will receive an email titled “EnGage Password” from notifications@comqionline.com with a link to set your password. The email will take 5 to 10 minutes. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
Step 4) Follow the link to return to EnGage, choose a new password, then press the Submit button.
Note for EnGage users: If you use OnSite in addition to EnGage, you do not need to reset your OnSite password after resetting your EnGage password. Both logins share the same password.
